Background

Beacon Strategies partnered with Open Minds to assist them with business development activities.

This was primarily done by providing Open Minds access to our online Business Development Pipeline (BDPipeline). Through the BD Pipeline, Beacon Strategies researched, identified and then notified Open Minds of upcoming grant and tender opportunities that matched Open Minds’ strategic direction and existing service offerings.

Beacon Strategies also supported Open Minds in the application, development and writing of grants and tenders.

Objectives

  • identification of new funding opportunities for Open Minds

  • identification of areas of potential business diversification based on grant and tender trends

  • provide assistance in completing funding applications

As a mission-based health and social services consultancy, Beacon Strategies is committed to partnering with NFPs to better plan, design, implement, evaluate and communicate their work in delivering health outcomes for local communities.
